You have the diploma!

Now tell the world about your true talents!

The CliftonStrengths Assessment uncovers your Talent DNA.

Embrace what you are naturally good at! Through a Strength Coaching session you can explore your natural talents through the insights and inspiration of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths.

CliftonStrengths helps individuals identify their natural talents so they can build on them and develop them into strengths. Together with one-on-one coaching sessions, it can be a powerful tool to help you find your own path to personal success by growing your strengths, not focus on your weaknesses.

The assessment is based on decades of research led by Don Clifton studying and categorizing the talents of the world's most successful people. These insightful questions uncover the one true you, your top five talents. Armed with this insight, and commitment, you can become the best version of you. Dr Shannon O’Neill, a Certified Strengths Coach, and former Dean at Brown University, can help you to intentionally aim those talents so that they are your greatest strength and essential assets for your success.
