    Including Those Enrolling Now
    i details

A focused conversation about one of SPARC's development programs or assessment tools. Click Schedule, select the program(s) you're interested in, and we'll walk you through what the experience looks like, who it's designed for, and how it fits your goals.

  • Coaching Session i details

For current coaching clients and those exploring an engagement for the first time. Whether you're continuing ongoing work or starting a new conversation about what executive coaching could look like for you, this session is your space. We'll meet you where you are — working through the leadership challenges that matter most, with the confidentiality and candor the work requires.

  • Consulting Meeting i details

For organizations with an active consulting engagement and leaders exploring whether SPARC's approach fits their situation. From change management and organizational development to board facilitation and executive conflict resolution, we'll use this time to address what's in front of you — or to understand what you're facing and whether a partnership makes sense. Strategy is a discipline, not a deliverable.

  • Mediation Consultation i details

For leaders, teams, or organizations facing a dispute that requires a structured, neutral process to resolve. Mediation creates the conditions for honest exchange — surfacing what's at stake, separating positions from interests, and building agreements parties can stand behind. We'll use this conversation to understand the situation, clarify whether mediation fits, and outline what a facilitated process would involve. Resolution is built, not imposed.

  • Quick Follow-up i details

For existing clients, program alumni, and ongoing conversations. If we've already connected and you need a brief check-in — a follow-up question, a scheduling matter, or a quick thought partnership moment — this is the right meeting to book.
