Welcome EXL Extension partner institutions!!

SPARC has provided executive level services to the Extension Foundation for several years. We have also served Extension Member Institutions including the University of Vermont, Virginia State University, the College of the Menomonee Nation, the University of Arizona, and others.

Our specialty is in executive sponsored partnerships (President, Provost, Dean, Board Chair, etc.) that draw on our expertise in executive leader development, executive coaching, executive team development, executive 360s, organizational strategy and change management, and board development.

An additional differentiating factor for SPARC is our willingness to be on-site for extended periods of time to assure project alignment with leadership expectations. We know being in-person matters and, while we are adept at the virtual options, we like to get in the same room with our partners and understand the feel of an organization we partner with.
