Noah Johnson is certified through the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) as an apprentice Rock, Alpine & Ski Guide. He also holds a Professional level 1 avalanche certification from the American Avalanche Institute (AAI) and is an instructor for the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE). Noah works closely with SPARC Associates helping to build a connection between high level executive coaching and transformational leadership experiences through the lens of outdoor adventure.

Noah began his career by achieving a Single Pitch Instructor Certification from the AMGA and attending a Outdoor Educator Course at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

In combination with outdoor leadership education Noah received his formal education in Business Administration, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Grossman School of Business at The University of Vermont. To round out his wholistic approach to leading in the outdoor space Noah completed a minor in Emergency Medical Services during his studies.

Noah divides his time between SPARC and guiding with Alpine Ascents International. Alpine Ascents is a world renowned company known for its high end offerings across 14 countries including the Arctic and Antarctic regions. This experience allows Noah to continue honing his skills and bring industry expertise to SPARC’s refined leadership offerings.
