For AoEC Alumni

AoEC Alumni
in the United States.

Wherever you trained, AoEC UK, AoEC Global, an AoEC partner country, or here, SPARC convenes the US-resident AoEC community for ongoing learning, mentoring, peer practice, and the pathway to advanced credentials.

This September, the AoEC Practitioner Diploma runs in the United States for the first time. The founding cohort begins with us.

Who This Is For

Four doors. All open.

The AoEC's training network spans fifteen countries. If you trained in any of them and now live in the United States, you belong here. There is no credential check at the door. The front of this page is permissive by design.

Door One

You trained with AoEC United States.

You're home. The community SPARC convenes is built first for you, and you're the nucleus of the US alumni network.

Door Two

You trained with AoEC UK.

The largest single AoEC alumni population in the world. If you've moved to the US or commute between markets, you have a US-side community too.

Door Three

You trained with AoEC Global.

You trained inside the global network rather than a country partner. Your AoEC identity is portable, including to the US.

Door Four

You trained with an AoEC partner country.

Asia, Canada, Croatia, East Africa, Estonia, India, Ireland & NI, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE. Your AoEC credential is recognized here.

What the US Alumni Community Offers

Four things.

Community of Practice

Peer cohorts, periodic gatherings (virtual and in-person where the geography works), and discussion among practitioners who want to go deeper in the work.

Ongoing Learning

Masterclasses, methodology deep-dives, journal clubs, and advanced specializations, for practitioners who treat coach development as a career arc.

Mentoring

SPARC-facilitated mentoring for US-resident alumni, paired with experienced AoEC-credentialed practitioners who help you grow your practice, prepare for ICF credentialing, or work through specific client situations.

Pathway to Advanced Credentials

The AoEC Professional Practitioner Diploma, ICF PCC and MCC, and advanced specializations, for alumni building toward the top of the credentialing ladder.

For Practitioners Building Onward

Already Practitioner Diploma'd. What's next?

The Professional Practitioner Diploma

AoEC's tier-up credential for experienced practitioners. The natural next step after the Practitioner Diploma, and the credential most US-based alumni use to build toward ICF PCC and MCC.

A Note from the Faculty

From Mathew + Shannon.

The two of us trained in the AoEC Practitioner Diploma before we built SPARC. Every alumnus who lives in the US and wants a coaching community here, wherever you trained, is welcome. That's the whole point of this page.
