What outcomes are you hoping for?*
In a paragraph or two: what do you hope to be able to do, see, or be at the end of this program that you cannot now? There is no right answer — your honest reflection helps SPARC and your cohort.
Dietary preferences (in-person programs only, optional)
If the program includes in-person elements, please note allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, kosher, halal, etc.), or any other requirements SPARC should know about. SPARC works to accommodate all requests.
Learning Environment and Accommodations
Access and learning adjustments (optional)
If you have a disability, neurodivergence, chronic condition, or other access need that may benefit from a reasonable accommodation in this program, please let SPARC know. Examples include extended time on assessments, captioning, materials in advance, alternative seating, lactation space, breaks for medication, or anything else that supports your learning. SPARC will work with you in good faith to identify accommodations that allow meaningful participation, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and SPARC’s own commitment to inclusive learning. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to receive accommodations.
The SPARC learning environment
SPARC delivers its programs using the experiential learning model that our faculty have been trained in through the Academy of Executive Coaching . We design adult learning environments grounded in Kolb’s experiential learning cycle: experience, reflection, conceptualization, active experimentation.
Our faculty are coach practitioners. They model coaching during program delivery — they coach you to become a coach rather than instruct you. You will be invited to share your needs, when and how you wish, with faculty, your cohort, or in small peer groups. Careful contracting has always been a cornerstone of this work.
We recognize that this approach does not suit every learning style or preference. We will support you in deciding whether a SPARC program is the right fit, and we welcome feedback — from neurotypical and neurodivergent participants alike — that helps us strengthen the participant experience.
For further information, please see SPARC’s Inclusivity Statement .
Things to Know
This section is informational. You will be asked to acknowledge it on the next step.
Accreditation and data sharing
Many SPARC programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the Association for Coaching (AC), and/or delivered under license from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) . To maintain those accreditations, SPARC is sometimes required to share cohort data (names, contact details, written feedback, and assessment material) with the relevant accreditation body. SPARC will not share more than is necessary for accreditation purposes.
If you complete a program eligible for accreditation under the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) or Individual Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA), SPARC may share your data with the EMCC if you elect to pursue that credential.
You may be contacted by an accreditation body to participate in a program evaluation.
Recordings
Some SPARC programs include video or audio recording of practice sessions, group work, and at times the final assessment. Recordings are used for faculty supervision and professional development, for accreditation submissions where the accrediting body requires sample recordings, and for accurate documentation of session themes and commitments.
Recordings are stored securely, are not shared with sponsors or third parties without your written consent, and are deleted on the schedule described in SPARC’s Privacy & Policies . You may decline recording of any single session without penalty, except where a recording is a required component of program assessment, in which case SPARC will discuss alternative arrangements with you.
Cohort confidentiality
Coaching practice, peer feedback, and personal disclosures shared in a SPARC cohort are confidential to that cohort. By enrolling, you commit to honoring that confidentiality — not duplicating, reproducing, or sharing any other participant’s content outside the cohort without that participant’s express consent.
English requirement
SPARC programs delivered in the United States are conducted in English. You must be able to coach in English and be coached in English. If this poses a concern, please contact connect@sparcinsights.com before applying.
Sponsor-paid enrollments
If your employer or another organization is paying your tuition, SPARC will share only what is necessary for program administration with your sponsor: confirmation of enrollment, attendance, and completion status. SPARC will not share your assessment results, coaching content, recordings, or learning reflections with a sponsor unless you separately authorize it in writing.
