The Coaching Skills Certificate carries 12 ICF coach education hours and is delivered through the Academy of Executive Coaching, available in the United States exclusively through SPARC. Fewer than 1% of coaching training organizations worldwide hold simultaneous accreditation from the ICF, EMCC, and the Association for Coaching. Your first step begins inside that standard.
